Services & Rates

Initial Consultation

Our FREE initial consultation will include intake questionnaires, goal setting, medical history, initial assessments, and scheduling.  This will be scheduled in conjunction with our group classes so you can step in and meet like-minded people.  You will be able to see how classes are run, talk to others in the class and hear their experiences, and get in a FREE workout so you can make an informed decision on joining our programs.

Group Classes

Programs are tailored for building strength, conditioning, and mobility for long term health.  We will utilize our time getting the most from the workout and to ensure your safety to reduce the risk of injury with proper pacing, warmup, and cooldown.  Scheduled up to 8 classes a week, 32 classes a month.  Classes are spaced to give you recovery time and your attendance is up to you.  You come in when your schedule allows you to make class, twice a week or every class it is up to you.

Warrior Wrestling

Wrestling designed for all ages, 5 to adult.  3 days a week working strictly wrestling techniques, drills, and live wrestling to prepare our athletes for high school, college, and beyond if they so choose to wrestle at those levels.  1 day a week we work strength and conditioning that will translate to any sport that you decide to play and build the confidence, self-esteem, and respect that only wrestling can.

Reinvent Yourself (1 on 1)

     Our Reinvent Program is a 12 week Strength & Conditioning program that is designed to quickly help you:

1. Lose weight.

2. Increase your overall strength.

3. Increase your self-esteem.

4. Teach you how to live a healthier lifestyle.

Nutrition/diet coaching, discipline, consistency, and accountability will all be keys to reinventing yourself in the program.  As such, you will have access to me for one-on-one sessions 2x a week and a separate 'at-home' workout program provided for you to utilize on days that we are not meeting.  You will have check-ins with me each morning during the week via text to allow me to go over and answer any questions and help guide you through any troubles that you may be having with your lifestyle change.   This program aims to quickly put you on the road to a healthier lifestyle and teach you how to continue living healthy in the future.  Together we will reinvent your body, mind, and self-image while we work hand in hand to achieve your goals. 

     The twice a week private session in this program is scheduled around my schedule and yours to allow us to work one-on-one so all our focus will be on you.  Under this program, you will also be eligible to attend the group classes as well, if you prefer instead of the home workouts, in addition to the two one-on-one sessions already included.
